1. Who provides the service

App is provided by App / Caio Felipe Giasson. These terms govern use of the application, including accounts, images, and other features.

2. Account and eligibility

To use authenticated features, the user must create an account with a nickname, email, password, and date of birth, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and keep information up to date. The user is responsible for activity carried out with their credentials.

Eligibility: App is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not operate minor accounts; there is no parental-consent flow. Registrations under age 18 are refused. Date of birth is stored to audit the age gate and is not exposed to third parties in public profiles.

3. User content (UGC)

The user represents that they have rights in the images and text they upload, including permission when an image depicts third parties. Unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaks platform rules may be removed. App is not obliged to monitor all content, but may act to protect the service and other users.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited content

It is forbidden to bypass authentication or access controls, overload infrastructure, exploit security flaws, or use the service for illegal purposes. Storage and processing of files may occur on cloud providers, including outside Brazil.

The creators of App discourage using the platform for pornography. Prohibited content will be strictly banned.

It is expressly prohibited to publish, store, or share:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors;
• intimate images of third parties without consent;
• content that violates the law or human dignity;
• spam, impersonation, and other toxic uses described in these terms.

If there is a report and proof, the material may be removed and the account banned, without prejudice to other measures and cooperation with authorities.

5. Reporting channel

Authenticated users may report images via the “Report” button on the image detail view (or via the authenticated API). Reports enter a human review queue. Specific legal processes (including notification duties to authorities in CSAM cases) are handled operationally outside the application code; the reporting channel exists to enable that review.

6. Cooperation with authorities

The platform commits to cooperating with legal authorities and entities in the fight against crime. This includes, as required by law, preserving evidence, complying with valid requests, and reporting unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

7. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Registration requires acceptance of that policy in the version then in force.

8. Limitation

The service is provided “as is”, subject to maintenance, instability, and evolving features. Liability limitations will be drafted in the final legal version.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is identified by the date/version published on this page. A new acceptance may be required when a material change occurs.
